Project Management – Thursday and Friday:
Provides you with a scalable project management approach
that will introduce the skills required to deliver value to your
clients – on time and within budget.
Essentials of Management Consulting –
Monday to Wednesday:
Equips you with the tools, processes and case study
knowledge required to conduct consulting assignments.
Ethics – Tuesday and Wednesday evening:
Teaches you the importance of ethics, how to recognize and
resolve ethical dilemmas, and your codes of conduct.
